Wind & Solar Power Projects - Due Diligence
  1. We have recently handled a transaction involving diligence of about 1000 Acres of land for M/s Azure Power Thirty Three Pvt. Ltd. for setting up Solar Power Project.

  2. We are also handling a Project for setting up Wind Power Project wherein diligence a large number of locations is involved on behalf of a big Saudi Arabian Corporation (Name withheld at the request of the client).

  3. We have successfully completed 3 projects for setting up Wind Power Projects wherein we were acting for the Indian subsidiary of M/s General Electric. The transactions involved diligence of large number of land parcels.

  4. We have also handled a transaction involving diligence of 120 Survey Numbers for a French Company setting up a waste management plant. (Name withheld at the request of the client).

  5. We have also acted for M/s Ostro Energy for diligence of about 25 Survey Numbers of land.

    Along with diligence of land, we have advised the clients regarding land conversion process, Solar and Wind Policy of the Government of Gujarat.
